Return Policy for Bikes
We want you to love your new bike! If it’s not the perfect fit, here’s how our return process works:
- Eligibility:
- Bikes can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The bike must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@talariaaustralia.com to initiate a return.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label or instructions for returning the bike.
- Refunds:
- Once we receive the bike and inspect it, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges:
- Need a different model or size? Let us know, and we’ll arrange an exchange quickly.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your bike arrives damaged or with defects, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
